Hyland Taxi is the only taxi company operating in Haliburton, Minden, and the surrounding area. We provide regular taxi services for your transportation needs in addition to the following:

Delivery services, including licensed alcohol delivery.
Year-round wheelchair and stretcher service.
Eleven-passenger van.
23-passenger tour bus (summer months).

Haliburton to Toronto Transportation

COMING SOON - UPDATE

Although the service has been delayed, once up and running, it will be the only sustainable, long-term solution to travel between Haliburton and Toronto. Your patience is appreciated.

A line-run service is available for transportation from Haliburton to Toronto and back. The service currently utilizes an 11-seater van and operates on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, the shuttle departs from the Shamrock Service Center in Haliburton at 9:00 AM and arrives at Yorkdale Mall subway station in Toronto at approximately 1:30 PM.

On Sundays and Holidays, the shuttle departs the Shamrock Service Center at 12:00 PM and arrives at Yorkdale Mall subway station at approximately 4:30 PM.

Important Information

Due to current seating limitations, you are required to reserve your seat by calling dispatch in advance at (705) 457-1777, while providing your boarding location, destination, and number of passengers. Failing to comply with these requirements may result in being denied boarding.
Currently, only cash is accepted, and can be paid upon boarding; for now, please call dispatch to acquire fare costs.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that you limit your belongings to one small carry-on and one piece of luggage per person.
